What does this warranty cover?

Thank you for your interest in Roshan Water™ Solutions.

Roshan Water Solutions warrants that all VeloCenssystems including the testing unit, setup components, test kit consumables reader (together defined as the “VeloCensProducts”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal, proper and intended usage and maintenance for 2 years from the date the VeloCensProducts are purchased (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, Roshan WaterSolutions will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace, at no charge, products, components or parts of defective VeloCens Products, if the defects arise from improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is only applicable to customers who purchase VeloCens Products directly from Roshan Water Solutions (“Customer”). This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or natural disaster, or improper usage, including but not limited to: neglect, misuse, improper service/maintenance, and tampering of the VeloCens Products.

What will we do to correct problems?

Roshan Water Solutions will, at its option, either replace or repair defective VeloCens Products, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, during the Warranty Period.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service during the Warranty Period, the Customer must contact Roshan Water Solutions in writing, promptly, once the defect is discovered. Roshan Water Solutions will then determine the most appropriate course of action. The Customer can contact Roshan Water Solutions by email at [email protected] or through the contact page on this website. The Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of VeloCens Products to and from Roshan Water Solutions in respect of warranty coverage.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for VeloCensTM Products, purchased from Roshan WaterSolutions, is two (2) years from the date of purchase. Repaired or replaced Velocens Products will assume the remaining warranty period of the original VeloCens Products (i.e. 2 years from the original purchase date) or one (1) year from the date the repaired or replaced VeloCens Products are shipped to the Customer, whichever period is longer.

Any tampering with the VeloCens Products, including repairs by persons unauthorized by Roshan Water Solutions will cancel the Warranty Period.

The Warranty Period is not transferable from the Customer to a third party.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover defects which are not in material or workmanship, including, but not limited to defects caused by:

  • accident or natural disaster;
  • disassembling, tampering with, altering, repairs or work done by persons unauthorized by Roshan WaterTM Solutions;
  • improper usage and negligent handling by the Customer or third party, including improper installation;
  • improper service and/or maintenance;
  • unintended use, contrary to the original intended application and/or on-line or written instructions provided by Roshan WaterTM Solutions; and
  • improper storage or transport.
