Saman is a senior software engineer with 8+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of various Internet-based applications. Saman has developed solutions based on the Microsoft stack including SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio, PHP, Python, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, among other tools. He has experience leveraging open source technologies such as jQuery, Bootstrap, Semantic-ui, and others. Saman is an expert with Web Application Architecture, Software Application (Back-end Developing, Monitoring, Control system, Server & Client systems), AI and Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
Saman also has a wide range of entrepreneurial skills gained from his work with two startups in Iran that developed IoT systems for smart homes. At Roshan Water™, he is responsible for all software architecture design and development of our VeloCens™ system.
Saman joined Roshan Water™ in September of 2019 with the true belief that accessing clean and safe water is everyone’s right and therefore, knowing whether water is bacteria free or not is crucial. He has set his heart and mind on using technology and programming to achieve our company’s goals. After coming to Canada in 2019, Saman started searching for job opportunities in organizations with academic foundations. For him, building new code from scratch and turning it into a product has always been a fascinating subject.
After being introduced to Roshan Water™ and learning about what the company was developing, he realized that he could use his experience in computer science to serve a broader community by making sure water is always clean and safe.
